Our products are entirely made by us, from design creation to printing. We take care to always choose materials of the highest quality on which we print using the hot stamping technique.

Yes. As handcrafted products, there may be slight differences in the finish, but these do not affect the final output in any way.

Yes. To a pre-existing product you can add, change or delete text. You can contact us by sending an email to info@designed-shirt.com, via the website chat or on our social channels.

For t-shirts, sweatshirts and bags, preparation time ranges from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 days.

Delivery varies depending on the geographical area:

- In Italy it is via express courier, with delivery in 1-2 business days (excluding islands).

- In Europe it is by international priority mail, with delivery in 5-7 working days.

- In the rest of the world it is via international priority mail, with delivery in 10 to 15 days.

Socks and accessories have a preparation time of 5 to 7 days. Shipping is by mail from our warehouses in the U.S., so delivery time varies depending on the destination country, for up to 15 days.

For shipments within Italy, made by courier, shipping costs are free.

For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, charges vary depending on the place of destination.

Yes, within 15 days of delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the goods we will process the refund.

It is advisable to wash the garments inside out, at a temperature of 30°. Similarly, it is recommended to iron inside out, at medium temperatures and without steam. To ensure a perfect hold on the print, a useful ironing technique is to place a sheet of baking paper over the print.

The use of a dryer is not recommended.
